Work Your Guts, Not Your Brains - Using Your Intuition To Make Decisions

Many people struggle with dilemmas in their lives. Some pain over important decisions that they have to make that can create significant impact on themselves and their loved ones. Volumes have been written on strategies and systems on how to make the right decisions, especially in business. Yet majority of the most successful people don't use any systems or methodology in making decisions that will create huge impact on their businesses, Diaplex and people in their life. Many times the impacts are many fold than us ordinary people. What they use is their gut feeling or better known as intuition.

Here are 5 simple steps to harnessing the power of your intuition

1. Awaken your awareness

Begin to realize that your subconscious mind is more powerful than your conscious mind because it records every detail of your life since birth. The truth is your memory is perfect but your recall is not. That is why you cannot remember what happened a few years ago. But it is stored in your subconscious. Therefore your subconscious mind has a greater resource to work on to lead you to where you need to go in life or the decisions you need to make. Start being aware of this fact and it can change the way you make major decisions in your life from this moment on.

2. Ask

Focus on your situation or dilemma in your mind and ask your subconscious mind to guide you to the best path forward, then....let go. Allow your mind 'bake' the situation and give you insights.

3. Adjust your attitude

The answers will come to you in any form - feelings, visions, sounds. Sometimes, the answers need to be unlocked by an external agent. You may be listening to a song on the radio and suddenly you realize that the words are exactly what you wanted to hear to take the next step. Or you may bump into someone, a total stranger perhaps, who will tell you the answer, though usually not directly. It could be in any way. You job is to you're your mind to the answer. Then belief that you will eventually reach your destination in life.

4. Trust

Exorcise your fear and over reliance on logic thinking. Trust whatever that your gut tell you to do because it knows more than you do. Your subconscious mind always wants the best for you. Kill that inner voice that constantly doubts. You are using a new technique. Initially you will feel uncomfortable with it, but if you don't practice it, you will never be comfortable with it. The only thing you need to focus on is doing the right thing that will take you one more step closer to your destination

5. Act
Believe that your gut will direct you to where you need to go Act on your it...... and don't look back.

When you work your intuition over and over, you will hone your skills. It is usually the first step to developing your psychic ability.
