How to Get Lower Abs 101

Attaining a flatter stomach is no easy feat. And even if you engage in common abdominal exercises, Diaplex you may be targeting the upper abs rather than the lower abs. This is because firming and toning the lower abdomen is more difficult than with the upper abdomen. The workout techniques listed below are some ways on how to get lower abs and not simply working out the upper area.

Floor

Laying flat on your back, insert your hands between your lower back and the mat, so it acts like a cushion. This is will give a more intense workout for your abdomen. You can also do variations of this by lifting one knee towards the opposite elbow in alternate rotations.

Chin Bar

For a more intense and total abdomen workout, a chin bar would be required. How to get lower abs using a chin bar is simple. Grabbing the bar, lift yourself up from the floor so your body is fully stretched out. Flex all your abdominal muscles and secure your arms and hand grip as you lift your knees slowly in front of your chest. Go for more push and do one extra crunch so that your knees touch your chest.

Kick Boxing

Throwing a kick against a punching bag involves more of your abdominal muscle than you think. The effort exerted in lifting your legs in order to hit the bag requires a lot of pressure on your abs.
